The Loving Little Ones Pop Up Shelter is a one-day resource fair that allows the community to give to the homeless, displaced individuals, and families in the Shreveport area. Resources and the following services will be provided through sponsors and community partners in the following areas:

​

· Personal hygiene/Shower services

· Hair grooming services provided by local beautians, barbers and students

· Laundry services

· Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner

· Family meal packages

· Clothing, toiletries, and household items available

· Local entertainment

· Health fair including health care & dental services

· Homeless Shelter and placement agencies

· Veteran Affairs agency

· Mental health services agencies

There are many ways that members and organizations of the community can help:

· Volunteers

· Donations for care packages

· Corporate or individual sponsorship (tax-deductible)

· Race for Hope participation

· Vendor opportunities

· Transportation

· Become a partner

Donations List Care Packages

o Bottled water

o Tuna and crackers

o Granola bar or cereal bar

o Fruit snack or applesauce cup

o Crackers with peanut butter or cheese

o Gift certificate to fast food

o Hand wipes

o Packs of tissue

o Maxi pads

o Toothbrush and toothpaste

o Mints, cough drops, or gum

o Manicure sets

o First aid kits

o Chapstick

o Comb or small brush

o Backpacks/Bags/Duffle bags

o Socks/undergarments

o Gently-used clothes and shoes (newborn-adult)

o Diapers and wipes
