THE RACE FOR
HOPE

Held at the Louisiana State Fairgrounds, the Race for Hope 5K/Walk is a great way to give to Loving Little Ones. Our organization strives to changes the world one heart at a time by providing services to children, adults, and homeless.
Proceeds from the Race for Hope will go towards expenses of the Pop-Up Shelter and community programs in our organization.
Race management is provided by Sportspectrum.

Race for Hope 5k Walk/Run
Saturday, July 27th - 7:30 a.m.
Registration: Early registration is $25 through July 12th, $30.00 July 12th-July 26th. Race day July 27th is $35.
Course: The race will start and finish at the Louisiana State Fairgrounds.
REGISTER EARLY! No shirts guaranteed to late registrants!
Packet Pick-Up: Every pre-registered participant will receive an original Race for Hope t-shirt. Packet pick up will be held at Sportspectrum Thursday, July 25th from 12 pm - 7 pm and Friday, July 26th from 10 am - 5:30 pm. You may also pick up your packet on Race Day at the race site beginning at 6:30 am.
Awards: Overall male and female finishers in the 5K race will receive an award. 1st & 2nd place in each of the following age groups will also receive an award.
Age Groups: 11-under, 12-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
Post Party: Stick around after the race for refreshments or participate at the Pop-Up Shelter.
Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!
